Tribis (herein after referred to as 'the company') values the user's personal inforamtion, and obeys the law regarding to the "promotion of the use of information network and information protection."
The company, through the personal information handling policy, notifies how the privacy information the user provides are being used and what actions are being taken for the protection of personal information.

■ Destruction procedure and method of personal information
The company, in principle, after achieving the purpose of use and collection of personal information, destructs the corresponding information without delay.
Destruction procedures and methods are as follows.
ο destruction procedure
- The information that the user entered for making an account is transferred to a separate DB and once the purpose is achieved (in a separate filing cabinet for papers) it will be discarded after being saved for a certain period of time according to the reasons of information protection pursuant to internal policies and other related laws.
- The information separately transferred to DB are not used for other purposes except for the cases pursuant to the law.
ο Method of destruction
- For personal information that is saved in the form of an electric file is destructed using the technical method of which the record is not reproduced.

■ Provision of personal information
The company, in principle, does not provide the personal information of the user to outside. However, it is exceptional in the following cases.
- if the user agreed beforehand
- If it is based on the provisions of the law or if requested by the investigating agency in accordance with the method and procedures that are determined by the law for investigation purposes.

■ Consignment of collected personal information
The company does not consign the personal information to an outside company without a permission of the user. Henceforth if such a need arises, the company will notify the user and the consignee about the business contents of consignment and if necessary, will get a prior consent.

■ The rights of members and legal representatives and method of exercise.
The members and legal representatives can look up or modify personal information of themselves or of children under 14 and can request for unsubscribe anytime.
For looking up or modifying personal information of the member or of children under 14, click 'change personal information' (or 'edit member information' etc), to unsubscribe (consent withdrawal) click "unregister" and go through identity verification process, then the direct reading, correction or withdrawal is available. Or you can contact the personal information manager in letter, via phone call or email, the action will be taken without delay.
If in case the member requested for the modification of the error in personal information, the company does not use or provide the personal information until the modification is completed. Also, if in case the personal information with error is provided to the third party, the company will immediately notify the third party of the modification processing result and correct the information.
The personal information that is canceled or deleted by the request of the member or legal representative, is handled as stipulated in "the period of use and retention of personal information which the company collects" and it is processed in a way that it cannot be used or read for other purposes.

The company uses 'cookie' that saves and retrieves the user's information in order to provide the individual users with personalized and customized services.
